St. Martin of Tours is the patron saint of Taal, whose fiesta is celebrated every November 11. It is under Metropolitan Archbishop Ramon Cabrera Argüelles of Lipa City, Batangas[2] It belongs to the [3] Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lipa - Vicariate II: Vicariate of Saint John Mary Vianney. Taal, Batangas[4]Taal is a second class municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the latest census, it has a population of 51,459 people in 8,451 households.
