Hi Putnik,

I still have a hard time translating new terms. Like download, media. These didn't exist before in our language and our language is dying that's why I am one of the many who tries to save it. I know some could better translate them but they are very busy. With some, I lost communications with them already. Edwin could have a better translation.

Anyways, here is my best shot. I know someone could step up and give a better translation.

Hi, I'd like to help you, but just a question. If you don't mind, what is your group? Forgive me, while foot-washing is part of the Holy Week celebration of some groups (done just once a year), I am not aware of those (within the Christian tradition) which practice a ritual frequent and mutual foot-washing.

It appears from your talk page that you speak English so here goes. I just wanted to explain my edit on the above page which you reverted. There are two differently named but duplicate images on Commons for the Flag used by Belarus from 1991 to 1995: Commons:File:Flag of Belarus 1991.svg and Commons:File:Flag_of_Belarus_(1991-1995).svg. Since it's a policy on Commons that if we have two images that are exactly the same we replace one with the other and then delete the image not in use. An automated process on Commons called CommonsDelinker replaced all of the occurrences that it could of Commons:File:Flag of Belarus 1991.svg with the image that we will be keeping Commons:File:Flag_of_Belarus_(1991-1995).svg. Some usage can not be automatically corrected and in this case someone has to manually fix the usage on the various wiki's. I am working on this process so I would like to undo your revert so we can complete our process. Why are you protecting a flood of pages without have been vandalized from IPs using Excessive vandalism as reason? You have imported from en.wikipedia lots of templates (without translating them by the way) and after that you've protected them immediately. But the evidence of what I'm saying is on your protection's log indeed. Protecting NS:0's pages without any valid reason isn't a positive thing (as you did here for instance). Wikipedia is built around the principle that anyone can edit it, while it seems here just autoconfirmed users can edit this Wikipedia since IPs are automatically stopped by your protections. Sorry, but your reasoning is groundless. From the history of this page, for example, there have been absolutely no vandalisms. You cannot protect a page that hasn't been vandalized just because «in the past» (no sources) some pages were vandalized, it's against Protection policy, which says: Pre-emptive (full) protection of articles is contrary to the open nature of Wikipedia. We can see clearly that after creating a page you protect it. Neither this protection has really sense: a temporary protection could be right, but not an indefinite one. I think you don't get the gist of the matter. I'm not commenting the fact of keeping the encyclopedia against distruptive edits. You just cannot think to maintain and preserve the encyclopedia protecting pages at random just because you think could be vandalized. To maintain Wikipedia (as all others sysops do on other Wikipedias) you can block an IP if it vandalizes again and again a page, for example. Your "way of thinking" is adopted nowhere, just here. My apologies first, but I dont speak Kapampangan....this is just a friendly suggestion, you (or any of the admins) can copy the contents of (or pick and choose) en:MediaWiki:Common.css to your MediaWiki:Common.css, this will fix a lot of the formating errors of your templates especially infoboxes, you can also do the same for the specific skin css like en:MediaWiki:Vector.css, monobook and so on. You can also do the same for the en:MediaWiki:Common.js. Incidentally, I haven't been in touch with Wikimedia for years. Any updates? Also, do you have new entries for Philippine places/geographical areas, for which equivalents can be made in the Kapampangan Wikipedia?

How we will see unregistered users[alilan ya ing pikuwanan]

You get this message because you are an admin on a Wikimedia wiki.

When someone edits a Wikimedia wiki without being logged in today, we show their IP address. As you may already know, we will not be able to do this in the future. This is a decision by the Wikimedia Foundation Legal department, because norms and regulations for privacy online have changed.
